Summary: This source gives a lot of numbered data that I was looking for. There is data on how many people are expected to retire, and there is data on how many jobs are needed to be filled. There’s other data such as how many positions are open. However this source talks about not only the shortage among the hospitals and clinics, it also talks about the shortage in teachers and faculty for teaching nurses. Along with this shortage it discusses the want for more schooling for nurses and how it is incredible there are people being turned away.

I will use this source for the numerical data and points about wanting more schooling for nurses. There is also information about the people retiring and I can use that data to talk about people leaving the positions.

I will continue to look for sources with data. I also will look for cites that have baby boomer information.
