The best tip this article mentioned was to keep your sales strategy a secret, and this way you will have an edge and be one step ahead while communicating with customers.
  3. I can use this information in my writing now that I have more tips to help with customer satisfaction and handling different types of people.
  4. I can benefit from this in my own life outside of this assignment by putting it into action at Subway and any social event on how to effectively communicate with others.
